We all have a 'story'. A lens in which we look at life through, and this story completely controls our thoughts, beliefs and actions. Our story is blind to us (because it forms the very person we're be-ing) and it influences not only how we see the world, but how we interact with life and show up in the world.
This super powerful modality taps into the biggest 'problem' or repeated pattern in life to unlock the very memory that created the story that's running you. We then work with that memory to dissolve the control that it holds over you. You will become aware of your story and notice how this has influenced who you've been and how you've showed up within the world.
With this new awareness, you are presented with a choice; to continue to live from a place of 'story', reacting to and responding to life how you always have, or to outgrow the story and choose to function from this higher level of awareness and become the incredible and limitless being that you truly are.

How did Rapid Story Reframe Evolve?
Both Natalie and myself have been on our healing journeys for quite some time, and between us, we’ve used and trained in a huge range of incredible modalities (Belief Coding, Mind Navigation, Breathwork, Reiki, Maturation as well as others) to dive into and release trapped emotions and trauma from not only this life, but past lives too.
We both come to notice that although we were finding and releasing emotions and energies, we were both still not completely aware of why we were reacting and responding automatically to people and situations.
Rapid Story Reframe was developed between us - a beautiful gift from the Universe which helped propel us both further on our journeys of growth and expansion, bringing a new level of awareness to self so that we can consciously choose who we want to be.
The difference to other modalities? This one gets reaches depths that you cannot even see! Depths that we don't even know are there, because it’s SO ingrained, SO much a part of us that we think and believe it’s just ‘who we are’. It’s not. It’s the lens of which you see life through. And therefore the very lens from how you operate, function and react to the world around you.
This is your ‘story’ And trust us when we say, no matter how much you think you know, you don’t. None of us can see our 'story' because the subconscious packs it away so deeply that it’s unlikely to ever become visible to us without a good amount of investigation through the body, and therefore is your blind spot.
Rapid Story Reframe will help you to not only become aware of your blind spot, but you’ll also be able to understand why you’ve functioned in the world the way you have. Then you get a choice. You can continue functioning from a place of 'story', or you can use your new awareness to choose to move away from the story that's run you and show up as the incredible and limitless being that you truly are.
This modality is designed to go deep, and you're likley to experience a 'dark night of the soul' or 'ego death' transition. You are held after the initial session for up to two weeks to allow for integration - don't worry, it's not as bad as it sounds, but it's necessary if we're to evolve into our true authentic and limitless selves.
